TrendAITop operates on a subscription-based model with monthly billing cycles. Plans include Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, each with specific features. Payment is collected at the start of the billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid term.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current paid period. We do not apply cancellation fees. You will retain access until the term ends.

3. Refund Conditions
We do not offer partial or full refunds for used subscription periods. Once a billing cycle has begun, it is considered non-refundable. Please evaluate your plan selection carefully before subscribing. Refund exceptions are not granted unless required by Canadian law.

4. Modifications to Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at the end of any cycle. Changes will take effect on the next billing period. No retroactive adjustments are made. We recommend contacting support if you are unsure about the right tier for your needs.

5. Failed Payments
In case of a failed payment, your account will be notified and given time to resolve the issue. Access may be paused until the issue is corrected. We do not store payment information; billing is handled via secure external platforms. Continued service depends on successful billing.

6. Exceptional Cases
In rare instances, we may consider refund requests due to technical errors. These are evaluated individually by our support team. Any such case requires written explanation and documentation. Our team will review all claims thoroughly.

Any updates to our refund terms will be shared on this page. We aim to keep our policies clear and consistent. Clients are encouraged to review terms before each renewal. No changes will apply retroactively.
